2026 Homeschool Wednesday Programs

Our Interacting with Nature classes explore many different topics. We encourage parents to come along and experience nature with their children. Two sessions will be offered at the same time. Programs held at NJC except for the last at Canal Lands Park.

Welcome to our 2024 Summer Walkabout Series! Join us for our trail walks where you can explore nature, enjoy the sunshine, and meet fellow outdoor enthusiasts. This in-person event is perfect for those looking to join others for a trail walk in T-County.

Join us this summer at the Norma Johnson Center for Craft Days at the NJC. We offer a laid back craft making experience for parents and family. Some events will have two sessions listed but the time frame will be the same. Come make memories with us.

Join our staff as we head out onto the trail and explore our park locations and the Ohio Erie Canal Towpath. We will meet at various trailheads throughout the year.

Join us throughout the year as we hike different areas of the Tuscarawas County trails that belong to the Tuscarawas County Commissioners and operated by the Tuscarawas County Park Department (TuscParks). Normal hikes can be up to 3 miles.
