Organizador de Classic Peak District Walks
Hey! I’m Emily and I’ve always had a love of the outdoors since being a young child. However, it wasn’t until 2019 that I went out on a solo adventure for the first time! At that time in my life, I was off work with mental health issues and decided to head out for a walk...and the rest is history as they say.In 2020, I decided to learn how to navigate with a map and compass (using YouTube mostly!) and after getting lost a few times, I thought it best to do a ‘proper’ navigation course.A year later, I signed up with the Mountain Training Association to work towards my Hill and Moorland Leader Award. I’ve been leading group hikes since I qualified and absolutely love it! In September 2025, I went on to pass my Mountain Leader qualification. My passion now is all about sharing my skills and knowledge so that others feel safe and confident in the outdoors too.
