We deliver projects to improve health and well-being.Workshops /Events 2023Write to Heal January 2023is an 8-week online course to assist with healing in a group setting. This involves working through a progression of restorative writing exercises, based on the teachings of James W Pennebaker. These workshops are ideal for those experiencing trauma, depression, illness, anxiety and life's stresses.Expressions January 2023is a creative writing workshop geared towards poetry and short story writing and also preparing for an anthology for publication in 2023- a collection of poetry and prose, entitled The Art of Joy. A theme of 'Life.'Renew Your Mind Health Fair and Fundraising Event February 2023Helping people change the way they deal with mental, emotional and spiritual health.
