Why Embodiment?I like to think of the body, that same body that has been with you all your life, as someone who persistently tugs at your sleeve and tries to point out something you're missing. The body, with its aches, pains, and patterns of tension, is always in communication with us, trying to raise our awareness. Through embodiment coaching, I help people "listen" to the message. Sometimes it's a process of slowing down. Sometimes it's an experiment of shifting the body's position to notice what changes. Every time it's a step that brings us closer to not missing out on life.
