Coil Studio seeks to provide a studio culture where all students feel welcomed, safe, nourished, and challenged to grow.  We offer instruction at all levels of ability, with teachings that are accessible and relevant to your daily life and to the real world.  We are committed to learning who you are, cultivating community, friendship, laughter, and being in practice together; if you come to one of our classes alone, by the first few visits you will probably know everyone in the room by name.All bodies, sizes, ages, spiritual beliefs, gender representations, and expressions of humanity are welcome.  We are all in this together; come join us, and be in movement together in a supportive community.
