When I found Zumba, a fitness form that incorporated my love for dance, I not only wanted to be a part of it, I wanted to share it. Over time Talitha Dance has developed into a wellness forum encouraging fitness for the mind, body, and soul.MEET THE BUSINESS OWNERMy inspiration to start Talitha Dance was seeing people like me, with busy lifestyles, trying to get and stay healthy. My holistic approach to wellness in my own life and my desire to give back to the community are unique qualities that drive the direction of Talitha Dance. It's exciting and rewarding to see people finding their wellness groove and enjoying living healthier, and I always look forward to being a part of that process.
