It is renowned for being an efficient way to learn how to be a yoga teacher.She is a published author of "The Yoga Asana Handbook" and "Yoga Snippet." She holds an ACE certification in Group Fitness, a Fitness Instructor degree from College of DuPage, and numerous specialty certificates. She holds the ERYT-500 distinction and she founded Edge Yoga School, a Registered Yoga Alliance School.
