Sound baths and collaborations

EventsAt Hema Sounds I use instrumental and natural sounds therapeutically to offer relief from stress and pain, to kickstart self-healing or to provide the opportunity to be kind to yourself and enjoy a well-being treat.I work with all ages and ability and provide individual, couples, families and group sound therapy experiences. The first weekend of the month I offer several group sound baths at the Open Door Health and Wellbeing Centre in Lewes but throughout the month I also have clients visit my studio in Lewes. I also run Women's sound circles. Events of all kinds are considered and I offer sound baths for team-building days and workplace wellbeing days in all sorts of different settings such as businesses, the NHS and schools.
