& Rise is a 501c3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower women and girls to be the ultimate versions of themselves despite their adversities. & Rise offers free counseling for women in Illinois, free in-person (in Chicago) and virtual support groups for women trauma survivors, and an array of personal and professional development events and fundraisers.&Rise offers many women's empowerment events and the main intention is to inspire, empower, and motivate women to be the best version of themselves both personally and professionally.
