These workshops are delivered by Mind Body Spirit Martial Arts, established in 2001 and based in Chesterfield. Their approach blends practical skills with calm, grounded awareness, creating a safe and supportive learning environment for all.

Girls‑only wellbeing workshops for ages 10–14 and 15–17, inspired by The Power of YOU. Using a creative, therapeutic method often compared to CBT, these sessions help girls understand emotions, build confidence, and grow in a safe, supportive space.
