All sessions are non-linear, so you can join at any time. They are structured as an ongoing practice, so anyone can join - from beginner to experienced - we are always practicing. These sessions are built for adults. Inspiration for the upcoming session is emailed to all registrants ahead of time and material lists are posted on my website or in the description here.Important:These sessions are NEVER recorded. We have conversations, tell stories and share our work in a creative community. If you wish to participate, you must be present for the session. I am responsible for the community, and this is a promise I keep to all participants.
