Mission
Our mission is to create a state‑of‑the‑art supported lodging environment where athletes and cycling enthusiasts can both stay and train. We aim to provide modern, comfortable apartments alongside cutting‑edge recovery and performance facilities - such as a normobaric oxygen therapy, a performance lab and other sports‑science services - so that our guests can optimise preparation, performance and recovery. By doing so, we strive to become the most modernly equipped sports accommodation available in Flanders.
Vision
To realise this mission, we plan to open our performance‑oriented centre, start NBOT research, build strategic partnerships and host elite events like the World PARA Championships, while also engaging the community through races and podcasts. Over the following years we intend to upgrade the facility to world‑class training standards, collaborate with leading companies, introduce wellness programmes and create altitude studios. Looking further ahead, we aim to offer long‑term lodging contracts for teams and federations and to support federations as they prepare for future Olympic Games
