Asami is a certified BASI Pilates instructor based in Montreal. Originally from Japan, she lived in Vancouver for nearly seven years before relocating to Montreal in October 2024. Asami currently teaches online Mat Pilates classes and has taught Pilates at a university, as well as at corporate events and wellness classes.
