Hi! I’m Terri Lee, and I run Step Up, a high-energy step class set to upbeat, feel-good music. My sessions are all about moving with purpose, building strength and cardio fitness, and actually enjoying your workout.
Each class combines simple, effective step sequences with motivating playlists to keep the energy high and the vibes positive. Whether you’re brand new to step or just looking for a fun way to switch up your training, you’re more than welcome. I focus on creating a supportive, no-pressure space where you can move at your own pace and leave feeling accomplished (and sweaty — in a good way).
