Hi, I'm Tee.
I work with the body as a whole: nervous system, breath, alignment, strength, and load management, not just training programs. I see patterns quickly, especially where pain, posture, and performance are being driven by compensation rather than weakness.
As a coach, I specialise in:

- Women's health training and nutrition
- Transitioning women from burnout-style training into sustainable strength
- Rebuilding confidence through intelligent movement
My sessions are intentional and precise. I slow people down so they can actually feel their bodies work, teaching them how to move well before asking them to move hard.
I don’t chase trends or punish bodies.
I rebuild capacity, restore trust, and help women feel strong from the inside out.
Clients don’t leave my sessions tired, they leave feeling connected, capable, and confident in their bodies again.
