District 103 Toastmasters

District 103 Toastmasters was founded in 2017, comprising the downtown area of Chicago and the south and western suburbs. Geographically based in Chicago, D103 also includes members who live in other US states and locations around the world. D103 serves more than 1,500 members in 90+ clubs.
