Empowering socially conscious, historically marginalized young adults, our organization is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of ethical fashion leaders. Through workforce, leadership development initiatives and engaging community events, we equip community and aspiring professionals with the tools and mindset needed to drive sustainable change in the fashion industry. With a strong focus on environmental stewardship, we're not just building careers; we're shaping a future where fashion meets integrity and social impact.

We recruit and pay Advocates-In-Training (AITs), between the ages of 16-24, place them with a sustainable fashion company and provide them with the tools to prepare them to make a positive impact within the fashion industry.
