Sara is an Embodiment & Empowerment Guide, Freedom Explorer & Medicine Woman.

She is a Yoga Teacher over 700hrs + RYT & 200hr E-RYT, Qualified PT, Dance teacher, Level 2 Reiki, Sound Practitioner, a Buti Mvmnt Master Trainer, Flow Dance Meditation facilitator & creator of Sambaddha & Soulfull Dance.

Sara guides you through embodiment practices so to connect you back to yourself on a much deeper level. She understands that there are many different levels of awareness as we start to peel back the layers of our own selves with self enquiry of both the body and the mind, connecting us to our own inner healer & guide; reclaiming back our power to be who we are truly meant to be. Her passion lies in teaching & encourages others to find that liberation& a deeper connection.
