Téia Peters is a yoga teacher (500hrs YTT), mindfulness guide, ecstatic dance DJ/facilitator, and a retreat leader, with a passion for movement as medicine. Drawing from advanced training in Hatha, Yin, and breathwork, alongside certification in myofascial release through movement, and experience in admin and event production, she offers workshops that weave together fascia exploration, conscious dance, and meditation. Her work is rooted in integrity, simplicity, and the belief that the body holds deep wisdom. Through her events, Téia creates inclusive, safe spaces for release, reconnection, and transformation — inviting people to meet themselves with freedom, presence, and joy.
