West Midlands Women in Business Association (WiBA) was founded in 1990 and is celebrated its 30 year anniversary in 2020. WiBA has evolved significantly since its inception:

Today WiBA

• is a business and social networking organisation whose aim is to help women achieve their full professional and/or personal potential.
• is a non-profit making organisation solely funded by membership fees, guest fees and sponsorship.
•  welcomes women from all professional business backgrounds at all stages of their careers. It focuses on networking, personal and career development, social and volunteer activities.
• has many members representing a wide variety of businesses and industry sectors including: Marketing, Legal and Financial services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Coaching, Consultancy, Training and Education, Hospitality, Property, Not for Profit organisations plus entrepreneurs from a variety of industry sectors.
