Pernilla Sound Healing

Pernilla is a CMA certified sound healing facilitator, devoted to guiding others on a transformative journey towards self-discovery and inner balance. Mainly based in London and Kent, she offers regular sound bath sessions for groups and 1-1 Reiki and Sound Therapy. With a deep passion for sound and energy work, she combines her expertise as a Reiki master and Yoga teacher to create relaxing and restorative experiences. Inspired by shamanic traditions and the meditative practices of Zen Buddhism, she offers a holistic approach that promotes healing on every level - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. She loves creating an environment where people can unwind, reflect, and emerge feeling more centered and vibrant!
