Sydney Conscious Community
Sydney Conscious Community is a community group created for the purpose of offering a space for people living in and around the City of Sydney area to gather and connect at a spiritual level on a regular basis.
Our goal is to promote wellbeing and mental health by creating a safe space for people to feel free to be themselves and know they are not alone in this community.
With the support of the City of Sydney council, our events will be free with an optional donation to cover the cost of light snacks provided, inviting people to mingle & nibble at a conscious level that’s alcohol and substance-free. It will be a space to connect, support and collaborate with each other.
Our first event will be held on 17 October at Redfern Town Hall. The intention is to host monthly events on the 3rd Thursday of each month that are accessible to all who are consciously aligned to joining us.
You can expect a variety of connection exercises, meditation, a special guest each time providing a taster of their offering to the community and the opportunity to mingle & nibble. It will be a space to connect, support and collaborate with each other.

Facilitators:Joe Figliano & Kat Cowling Joe & Kat, the visionary co-creators of Lovefest, have cultivated thriving conscious communities across six regions of East Coast Australia, with recent growth in Bali and future plans in New Zealand. Since Lovefest’s beginnings in Sydney in 2019, they have been deeply committed to bringing people together through intentional, heart-centred gatherings.

Maria Lambi Maria is a Circle and Meditation Facilitator and has been hosting regular Soul Space Circles since 2017. Maria has also led meditation sessions in a corporate setting, both online and in person and is passionate about bringing people together, integrating over a decade of self-awareness modalities and practices. Maria is Vice-President of the Academy of Light and is also a meditation teacher on Insight Timer. Maria recently became an International Best Selling Co-Author of the multi-author book Beyond Conditioning.
