I am a somatic trauma therapist specialising in childhood trauma healing, attachment wounds and creating healthier, lasting relationships. I use Breathwork as another somatic tool in sessions as well as during workshops. I am also a self-development coach helping people develop the relationship with themselves by understanding & changing patterns of behaviours and negative thoughts cycles, reframing limiting beliefs holding them back and aligning with their core values, interests and passions. All my work incorporates a somatic, breathwork and trauma healing element as I believe most of our stuck patterns of behaviours, reactions, overwhelm & anxiety come from unresolved trauma (i.e. undischarged energy in the nervous system) and for true growth & healing we need to mend thefractured mind & body connection, learn how to reconnect to our bodies to feel, release & discharge the suppressed emotions (fight/flight or freeze responses) and then recalibrate with the rational mind to make better conscious choices to live our truth. My intention and goal is to help you develop a healthier relationships with all parts of yourself allowing you to move into your true, authentic self.
