Since 1981, AHMHI has advanced cardiovascular care for the benefit of all and proudly cares for more Minnesotans than any other cardiovascular program in the state. AHMHI offers over 30 specialty programs and services, including a mobile app for heart care protocols and curbside consultations, enabling providers from anywhere in the world to quickly consult with a cardiologist. With one of the largest cardiovascular outreach programs in the state and nation, AHMHI’s work has improved cardiovascular outcomes in Minnesota, which boasts the lowest cardiovascular disease death rate among U.S. states.
