Ashtiika is a lover or art, nature, connection & co-creation. Grateful to be a mother, a teacher, & life long student- exploring hypnosis, somatics, breathwork, sound healing & therapeutic movement. Dancing since the age of 3, breaking free from the competitive dancing world, and embracing free flow movement and liberation. Ashtiika is honoured to be holding space for authentic expression and connection.
