Her background includes 25+ years of experience as a Natural Hair Stylist, 14+ years in Management and Directing Youth & Community Development programs, business owner of Duafe Designs/Waist Beads by Ayodele since 2004, and Co-Creator of "Natural" - a Natural Hair, Skin, Beauty, & Wellness Expo.

Ayodele uses her creative mediums to empower women, build a sisterhood, strengthen urban local and global communities, and celebrate her indigenous African roots. She is a wife of 17 years, and mother to 3 children.
