I'm Ben, a fully-qualified integrative psychotherapist with a passion for delivering CPD workshops for therapists, counsellors, and trainees of all levels. I plan to host online CPD workshops covering a wide range of topics, with a keen focus on helping those with self-esteem issues, people-pleasing, and imposter syndrome. I aim for all my workshops to be engaging, warm, and focused on practical takeaways for all attendees to take directly in the therapy room with clients.
