For the last two decades, Bob has devoted himself full-time to Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Beyond.

Before assisting at more than 20 workshops with Richard Schwartz, the developer of IFS, he was a frequent IFS workshop participant. Bob completed all levels of the training, and continues to study with senior IFS trainers.
