The Cultural Affairs Program advances, supports, and promotes arts and culture in order to strengthen the local economy and quality of life for all who live, work, and visit the City of Miami Beach.

The Miami Beach Cultural Arts Council develops, coordinates, and promotes performing and visual arts in the City of Miami Beach, for the enjoyment, education, cultural enrichment, and benefit of the residents of and visitors to the City. The Cultural Arts Program is funded by Resort Taxes and Quality of Life funds.
