Hello! My name is Brynlee Kelmanson, I am the proud founder of Coastal Yoga and Nutrition. I began practicing yoga at 15 years old and felt an immediate passion for how it made me feel. I soon began to consider the importance of spreading the word about yoga to others in order to help them find balance and peace within their bodies, minds, hearts, and lives.

Fast-forwarding a few years, I graduated with my Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. I chose this field of study in order to further my own understanding of bodily systems and how to help others become their best and best feeling selves. After graduating, I completed my Dietetic Internship in Sports Nutrition & Entrepreneurship, as well as my Registered Yoga Teacher Training! It’s become my absolute mission in life to assist, educate, and nurture other people through nutrition education. I like to live my personal and professional lives through the following quote by Hippocrates: “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”

My pursuit of knowledge in the field of nutrition and dietetics and love for the practice of yoga has led me through an incredible journey in my young life, and I founded Coastal Yoga and Nutrition with the spark of eagerly sharing my journey with others.
