People are Natural England's most valuable resource. Establishing a firm commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) helps us all to work together to ensure that Natural England is an inclusive and great place to work.

Embedding EDI in all we do as an organisation is also critical in supporting us to achieve our vision and mission, particularly around removing barriers to nature, connecting people with nature and building partnerships for natures recovery.
