Esme is an embodied yoga teacher, holistic healer, and experienced trainer who has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and teaching since 2008. She is the founder of Blackhall Court Yoga in Edinburgh, where she runs weekly classes, teacher trainings, and healing events. Her teaching blends Vinyasa Flow, Myofascial Release, Reiki, and spiritual practices such as the Akashic Records and Yoga Nidra.

Esme creates thoughtful, nurturing spaces that support both physical release and emotional insight. She is also the UK ambassador for the Mito School, a community dedicated to spiritual growth and embodied wisdom. Her retreats and workshops are known for their depth, warmth, and joyful energy – offering students the chance to reconnect, reset, and truly feel at home in their bodies.
