Gnosis Scotland offers free courses on Gnosticism. The course is over 23 weeks and some of the topics include, What is Gnosis?; Essence, Ego and Personality; The Awakening of Consciousness; The World of Relationships; The Elementals; Reincarnation, Return and Recurrence; Astral Projection; Alchemy.

Each talk is accompanied by a practise. The practices are aimed to help us live in the present moment and those taught are: controlling and directing the attention; concentration; meditation; vocalisation and Runes.
