Higher Level DMV is a Christian Enrichment Center established to motivate young adults and others to excel to a Higher Level of understanding of their purpose in life. We empower them to apply the principles learned from the Gospel of Jesus Christ to create a successful path in life. We employ a holistic approach to help individuals overcome obstacles and to improve their mind, body, and soul. Our processes are designed to encourage them to soar on a higher level.
