The Lazy Bear Fund is a San Francisco-based non-profit organization which is dedicated to raising funds for not-for-profit organizations which benefit, but not exclusively, the LGBT community. The Lazy Bear Fund Board of Directors designate annual beneficiaries based on need, provided that the beneficiary has received 501(c)(3) status.
