London Forest Bathing

Hello, I’m Caroline, a London-based forest bathing guide-in-training!

Back in 2018, I was gifted a book on shinrin yoku (the Japanese art of forest bathing) - it immediately struck a chord and instinctively made sense. However, although I found myself being more and more drawn to spending time in nature, it took a few more years before I actually attended my first forest bathing session.

Since then, my own connection with the natural world has deepened quite a lot, and I made the decision last year to start training as a forest bathing guide.
