I am Margaret and I'm a Reiki Master and you may wonder what that is. I work with healing energy and give therapy treatments to enhance well-being. I first trained in 2005 and this is when I started teaching reiki and giving healing sessions.

In 2009 I came across an article about Penelope Quest, who is an international author of several best-selling reiki books. She only taught a couple of reiki courses each year as she was so busy writing. I couldn't wait to enrol on her next course, where I learnt many of the traditional Japanese methods of reiki healing which I had been searching for since I first started.

Previously, Margaret was a business studies lecturer for 13 years and was also a mentor for the Princes' Trust, helping others to develop their skills into a full-time business. She now mentors her own students so they can set up their own therapy practice and her students come from all over the UK to learn more about reiki.

In her teaching Margaret is always delighted to share her knowledge and experiences of reiki and she continues to have a busy therapy practice.

She lives and works in Bury, Lancashire.
