I am a freelance trainer and consultant with expertise in creating and delivering impactful Career Long Professional Learning for childcare and education practitioners. I can help to build your professional confidence, improve your professional practice, and positively impact outcomes for children and families through a relational pedagogy approach. I am also a parent group facilitator, providing empathic and practical support to parents and carers in supporting their children's emotions and behaviour.

With over 30 years professional experience in education and care, I am a GTCS-registered Primary Teacher with an MEd in Early Years Pedagogy, PGDE Primary Qualification, a PGCE in Early Childhood Education and a BA Degree in Psychology. I am an early years lecturer and was the course leader for the BA Childhood Practice degree at the University of Strathclyde.
