Nurtured Minds Wellness Group Inc. offers heart-led, holistically-informed therapy, retreats, and nature-based wellness experiences for those seeking change, growth, rest, and reconnection.

Our work is rooted in science and guided by nature. Alongside clinical therapy services at our offices in Leduc, Calmar, and Nisku, we also offer nature-based therapy, forest therapy intensives, guided forest therapy walks, seasonal retreats, and custom wellness days near Wizard Lake.

Our retreats take place on our 40-acre private forested property, which includes walking trails, firepits, a nature-based therapy office, and simple outdoor amenities. This land offers a quiet, grounding space for reflection, nervous system support, connection, and renewal.

Our retreat offerings vary by event, but may include guided forest therapy, somatic practices, meditation, self-reflection, embodiment work, creative activities, yoga, sound bowl healing, fire-based rituals, and therapeutic group experiences. Shorter retreats and workshops often include tea, while full-day events may include lunch or dinner. Please see each individual event listing for specific details.

We also offer custom retreat days for teams, workplaces, organizations, families, friend groups, and special gatherings. These experiences can be designed around themes such as stress support, burnout prevention, team connection, nervous system regulation, grief, transitions, leadership, communication, or simply creating space to pause and reconnect.
