Hi I'm Amy, the face of and energy behind Oversoul Healing.

I am a Yoga and Meditation teacher, Reiki Master, Holistic Counselor and Sound Healer.

I am passionat about offering these modalities as they've helped me journey through and overcome some major life challenges in the past few years.

It really means a lot to me to have to honor to be able to hold space for others.
