Paul Robinson
My name is Paul Robinson and I am a sommelier and educator. Welcome to my classroom! I lead immersive educational tastings where an authentic sense of place is revealed in the glass. Tastings unfold around a large table, where I discuss history, geography, terroir and local cuisine, followed by a guided sensory evaluation in the glass. These are part travel history, wine class and curated discussion, all rolled into 90 minutes! I typically focus on the world of Italian wine but expect to expand my curriculum to destinations in France, Spain and the US.
Classes are my passion. My job is the owner of Bottivino, an online shop where I provide sommelier services for the business community. These include branded gift-giving and tailored corporate tasting events of all sizes.
