Rachel McKenzie is a somatic energy practitioner and co-owner of Studio Be Napa, working at the intersection of nervous system regulation, embodiment, and energetic intelligence. Her work is rooted in Somatic Energetics for the ambitious soul who wants it all—emotional safety, nervous system freedom, and a life that feels as good as it looks.

Rachel blends Breathwork, Spinal Energetics, and somatic practices to help people release stored stress, unwind outdated patterns, and expand into a version of themselves that feels grounded, powerful, present, and fully alive. This work is not about “fixing” you, because you’re not broken. It’s about reconnecting you to your body’s innate wisdom, releasing what no longer serves, and creating the internal conditions where real change can occur.

You’re welcome to attend a single event or join an entire series, whatever your system is ready for. Group offerings include a Candlelit Chakra Alignment Series, themed Sound Baths & Energy Healing, Nervous System Reset experiences, and curated collaborations with other local & international practitioners.

Events are held primarily in Napa, California with semi-recurring offerings in Connecticut, New York, Utah, and London.
