Return to You is a collaboration between two beautiful friends woven together through their love of InnerDance and Yoga. Kate and Sarah met at an InnerDance session and their paths continued to be drawn together. Having both studied Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Therapy with Yogic Wisdom they bring the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual learnings of yoga to all of their offerings. They have both studied Reiki, Sarah Level 1 & 2, and Kate a Reiki Master, as well as a sound healer, and have learnt the facilitation of InnerDance from many teachers. It is no mistake that together they are now sharing their wisdom and magic with others. Divinely aligning with soul friends to share in conscious community.
