As a wife and mum to our daughter and fur babies, I am a registered yoga teacher, certified personal trainer, skincare ambassador and wellness coach. My passion lies in helping women become the very best versions of themselves, inside and out!

I am deeply spiritual and inspired by the beauty of nature, including the sun, moon and stars.
