We believe mental health and wellbeing are dependent on having time in nature. We work hard to offer free outdoor activities to those most in need of them.
With their extensive experience in education and mental health, Tom and Emma Greenwoods started the CIC to give a solid foundation to those most in need of it. Their research has revealed, without doubt, that being in nature is a basic human need, not just a luxury.
