As the UK Manager for GONG, I coordinate gong baths and sound meditation for corporate clients, alongside hosting public sessions across London and online—7 days a week—with a talented team of practitioners.

I also run regular online breathwork sessions, combining science-backed breathing techniques with music to create transformative experiences. The health benefits of breathwork are immense—it boosts energy efficiency, releases emotions, reconnects us to our bodies, and fosters inspiration and positivity.
