Wardah Books

Wardah Books, established in 2002, is located in Bussorah Street, a little street steeped in Malay/Muslim literary history for having been home, since at least the 1870s, to bookshops and print presses.

We believe bookstores serve as barometers of literary culture for it is a space - separate from home and work - in which readers can connect with writing they have not yet encountered or have not had the opportunity to browse.
