Youth Breakthrough to Employment and Training is a free, five-week online program that supports youth experiencing mental-health barriers to achieve their employment goals.

Program Features:

• Pre-employment supports and job-readiness skills such as resume building, interview prep and job maintenance
• Supported job search and coaching after completion of the program
• upto $300 cash completion bonuses!
• Career planning, employment counselling, mentoring and coaching
• Workshops such as First Aid, Mindfulness, Diversity and Inclusion, Nutrition and more
• One-on-one support from a dedicated Employment Coach
• FREE six-month YMCA Gym Membership

On average, 84% of our participants obtain a job opportunity upon completing the program.
