Bernie's Buddies - kids' and youth grief support

Bernie's Buddies is a registered charity providing kids' and youth peer support grief workshops. Our purpose is to help young grievers feel less alone as they navigate the death loss of a significant person in their lives. Our workshops offer therapy dog visits, yoga and relaxation techniques, and creative art activities to encourage conversation and sharing of grief experiences.
