Danyah Miller Storyteller

As an award-winning storyteller, solo performer, writer and trainer I’ve been sharing oralstories for over 25 years.

As a story trainer, I lead in person and online story workshops variously with universities, schools, children’s centres, libraries and theatres. I was a workshop leader at The International School of Storytelling for over ten years.

I’ve starred in five theatrical solo storytelling shows and adapted ‘The Secret Garden’ into an imaginative, educational and playful experience to be enjoyed at home. I’ve produced three major musicals, one of which was nominated for an Olivier Award in 2012.

I trained in drama, dance and English at Bretton Hall College and later studied improvisation, mime and physical theatre at Lecoq in Paris. I am a trained Waldorf Steiner parent & child group leader and set up a Waldorf inspired home-schooling group which ran for 3 years.
